Armand Aghajanian, senior vice president with CRESCO Real Estate since 1995, has been in the real estate industry for over forty-six (46) years. Armand is well respected for his ability to understand the complexities of industrial real estate including, the acquisition, disposition and adaptive rehab of large industrial properties. A major producer for years, he has completed over $300 million in real estate transactions. Armand specifically focuses on leasing of commercial/industrial property, land sales and development, tenant representation and consulting services.

Armand graduated from John Carroll University with a B.S. in Business and History. Armand also attended Cleveland Marshall Law School.

Prior Experience

Armand worked for Grubb and Ellis where he served as Vice President specializing in industrial properties. Armand was presented the award for “Top Producer of the Year” in 1992. Armand also enjoyed a long career as a Partner with Cragin Lang Inc. where he was awarded the honor of “Salesperson of the Year” for 1990 and 1991.
