John Stefanek, a sales associate with CRESCO Real Estate since 2008, supports the real estate brokers with research and marketing needs.
His experience has exposed him to various segments of the commercial real estate industry. John has continued to build his foundation at CRESCO as he learns about industrial and office real estate.
John graduated from The University of Dayton with a B.S. degree, with a major in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship.

Prior Experience
John’s interest in commercial real estate started while he was still in high school. John worked as an intern for Colliers International in Cleveland, learning the basics of the industry. John continued to be involved in commercial real estate throughout his educational years. In college, he worked for Unified Developers Group, a retail real estate development company in Dayton, Ohio.
John was also part of the ASAP (Asia Study Abroad Program) while at the University of Dayton. He was selected and accepted into a three month cultural immersion, which led him throughout South East Asia. He traveled through many different countries while seeing different business operations in a vast variety of industries.
