Kenneth A. Anderson
Kenneth A. Anderson, a senior sales associate with CRESCO Real Estate since 2000, has been in the real estate industry for over thirteen (13) years. Ken has spent the past several years utilizing his extensive business and real estate experience assisting a wide range of clients. He has been involved in numerous real estate activities including property acquisitions, marketing of properties for lease or sale, property valuations, subleasing, tenant representation and build-to-suit transactions.
Ken entered the real estate field in 1997, joining a commercial real estate firm in an eastern suburb of Cleveland. He spent the first three years learning the business and specialized in representing tenants and landlords in the commercial office and office/warehouse “flex” markets prior to joining CRESCO Real Estate.
Since entering the real estate industry, Ken has completed numerous transactions including both sales and leases ranging from 1,500 to over 100,000 square feet. Additionally, he has concluded acquisitions and other consulting activities involving a wide variety of clients from office, manufacturing, distribution, retail, charter schools, development and a variety of other commercial real estate dealings.
Ken graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He later went on to receive his MBA from Indiana University.

Prior Experience
Upon college graduation, Ken began a career in basic chemicals and environmental services that spanned over twenty-five (25) years to include plant engineering and direct selling, plus a number of sales and marketing management positions. He went on to become the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for two major Environmental firms and managed a staff of over 50 sales, customer service, and marketing professionals, prior to beginning his “second” career in Commercial Real Estate Consulting Services.
