This fourteen (14) building portfolio consists of almost 800,000 square feet of office/warehouse/flex space. During the tenure of the listing, CRESCO has exclusively represented three (3) different ownership groups.

Approach

• Developed a full cycle leasing plan that incorporates new tenant transactions, renewals and expansions.
• Designed a marketing campaign to attract new users through effective suite brochures, postcards, e-mail lists, cold calling, canvassing, and broker cooperation.
• Created a property theme and positioning in the market.
• Actively met with existing tenants to continually evaluate their space needs and future plans.
• Continually worked with property management to review vacant units, property aesthetics and various facility issues.

Results

• Completed over 260 transactions totaling over $47,000,000. This involved many new deals, along with renewals and expansions at Raintree Park.
• Historically, our marketing campaign has been successful in helping to maintain over 90% occupancy and backfilling vacancies in a quicker fashion than the market average.
