Community Health Ventures Enters Cleveland Market

Cleveland, OH – February, 2011 – Community Health Ventures recently signed a lease at Overlook Pointe, 5350 Transportation Boulevard in Garfield Heights. The 6,029 square foot lease accommodates showroom, office and flex space at the highly visible building near I-480. This is the first Cuyahoga County location for Community Health Ventures. Along with excellent freeway access, Overlook Pointe also offers signage capabilities with visibility on Transportation Boulevard. This location will initially showcase and distribute home medical equipment.

Community Health Ventures is an affiliate of the Visiting Nurse Service headquartered in Akron, Ohio. VNSA was started as a nonprofit agency in 1947 to help patients in need of skilled care to remain at home. Services include: Visiting Nurse Services, Hospice Care, Advanced Infusion Service, Personal Care, and Service Equipment and Supplies. Community Health Ventures newest location will help extend the service platform further into Cuyahoga County.
