Manufacturing Company Looks to Expand in Avon

Cleveland, OH – March 2010 – The vacant Skill Tool and Die Building at 1190 Jaycox Road is no longer vacant thanks to L + W Group, Inc. The Company recently signed a lease for the 52,000 square foot building.

The building on Jaycox Road was built in 2000 as a home to Skill Tool and Die. The building offers many high end manufacturing amenities including metal halide lighting, radiant tube heat, high ceiling heights and a 20-ton pendant operated crane.

The tenant, a large manufacturing conglomerate, has locations in multiple states. This location is the company’s first operation in Ohio, and the company hopes to grow the operation significantly over the next five years.
