John W. Glasstetter, senior vice president with CRESCO Real Estate, has been in the real estate industry for over thirty (30) years. John specializes in Corporate Services providing single point of responsibility, multi-market transaction management services, space acquisition (tenant representation) and disposition, and consulting services for major local and national firms.

John’s experience allows him the ability to successfully utilize a comprehensive approach to problem solving for companies in order to handle many varied tasks. For the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, John executed the leasing of 100,000 square feet for a temporary office relocation, secured off site parking for several hundred employees, conducted site searches for a new operations center, negotiated the purchase of the property and assisted in the hiring of a move management firm. John has also represented Ohio’s largest health insurer, Medical Mutual of Ohio, in the sale/leaseback of their three building portfolio totaling over 500,000 square feet, including their landmark headquarters, located in downtown Cleveland. As with these project examples along with many others, John has conducted local and national site searches, prepared financial and qualitative analyses, assembled and coordinated teams of consultants, evaluated alternatives and negotiated incentives increasing client profitability as it pertains to real estate portfolios.

John graduated from University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Finance.

Prior Experience

Before joining CRESCO real estate, John worked in the Cleveland offices for both Ostendorf-Morris, now known as Colliers International, and CB Richard Ellis, both reputable real estate providers. In addition to being a top sales producer, John assumed leadership positions including the training and monitoring of new brokers. John’s “teamwork” philosophy has enabled him to successfully provide his clients with superior service, resulting in repeat business.
