Pamela L. Bertovich

Pamela Bertovich, vice president of office and industrial brokerage, has been engaged with CRESCO since its inception in 1991. Pamela has over twenty (20) years of real estate experience.

Pamela initially joined CRESCO as the manager for both the sales team and administrative staff. In 1996, she also assumed the role of Vice President of Office and Industrial Real Estate. Pamela’s primary focus is acquisitions and dispositions of investment properties. Additionally, she is active in both tenant and landlord representation. She has sold many investment properties and completed over 300 commercial real estate transactions in the past twelve (12) years. Pamela also has extensive knowledge and experience in asset and property management.

Prior Experience

Pamela’s commercial real estate career began in 1986 working in the property management division of Adler, Galvin, Rogers, Inc. Following the company’s acquisition by Grubb & Ellis, Pamela became the Assistant to the Office Administrator and eventually Office Administrator. This position included the management of both independent contractors and administrative staff before her departure in 1989.

She then joined Viking Capital Partners, a joint venture capital group formed by a former Adler, Galvin, Rogers partner and National City Bank executive, where her duties included asset and property management.
