• Capitalizing on a previous relationship, CRESCO contacted RAM Construction who was in the market for a building that fit the criteria for 100 Corporation.
• Secured a Buyer for the RAM facility (Ken Mar) prior to purchasing this facility.
• Coordinated the simultaneous purchase of both buildings.
• Worked with the Buyer and Seller, along with the City of Broadview Heights, to obtain acceptable lot splits to sell the 100 Corporation facility.
