• Determined the property value and coordinated the liquidation of assets to sell the facility.
• Met with Seller and worked out an organization to create a plan for the disposition of the facility.
• Contacted local municipality to make them aware that the facility was new to the market.

• Secured Buyer for the facility within one week.
• Worked with Buyer and Seller to liquidate existing equipment for year end closing.
• Coordinated use approvals with local municipality.
