CRESCO represented the Seller in the disposition of a 73,040 square foot industrial manufacturing facility on 8.3 acres in Twinsburg Township, Ohio. The Seller, Bostik, Inc., was consolidating their operations to a plant in Pennsylvania.

Approach

• Conducted an evaluation of the subject property, as well as, the local and regional market conditions to establish a market value for the property. Recommendations were made to the owners on what could be done with the property to enhance its appeal and marketability.
• Established a marketing campaign to the areas surrounding the subject property to raise awareness and generate interest.
• Located the developer of the subject property and obtained all of the necessary information to inform potential buyers of the building specifications and features.

Results

• CRESCO, in cooperation with a local Cleveland brokerage firm, identified a Buyer in need of consolidating their operations to the Hadden Road facility. CRESCO provided all pertinent information allowing the transaction to move forward in a timely manner. In addition, CRESCO arranged access to the facility for the potential Buyer to move through the due diligence process seamlessly.
• CRESCO negotiated a sale price acceptable to both parties and brought the transaction to a conclusion that satisfied both the Buyer and Seller.
