AARQUE Companies – This organization owns and operates manufacturing entities primarily in the Northeastern sector of the United States, Canada and England. Over the past several years, Joe has represented their Cleveland interest formerly known as Cleveland Metal Products in the sale of seven buildings on approximately 4.8 acres located on the West Bank of the Cleveland “Flats”. Over the past several years, this area has redeveloped from a heavy industrial to entertainment type use. Therefore, it was imperative to market the offering to the development community in order to change the current use and maximize value. After an extensive marketing campaign, an extremely complex transaction was executed and the last land parcel recently transferred. This once industrial site is now known as “Stone Bridge” an approximately 18 million-dollar housing office and retail development.
