Avery Dennison - CRESCO in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield California exclusively represented the Rolled Material and Fason North American Division of Avery Dennison in the site selection process and construction of a 220,000 s.f. Division Office and International Headquarters located at Newell Creek Preserve in Mentor, Ohio. The project team also facilitated negotiations and secured incentives on the City, County and State level. The final project was financed and is owned by the Cleveland - Cuyahoga County Port Authority and leased using a synthetic lease arrangement to Avery Dennison.
