When awarded this assignment, this approximately 655,000 s.f. Complex had approximately 425,000 s.f. of vacancy. Therefore, it was imperative to implement a detail target market campaign to attract users in the 50,000 - 400,000 s.f. range. Within eight months from receiving the assignment, leases were secured with Wal-Mart, Apex Box and RPI, Inc., totaling in excess of 420,000 s.f. Andrew Lowe, Asset Manager for ING Clarion recently stated " You guys filled one of our largest and toughest vacancies in under a year, when I was excepting probably close to a two-year lease up".
