Kirkwood Industries, Inc. – Exclusively represented Kirkwood Industries in the disposition of their Cleveland Campus, which consists of seven freestanding buildings totaling approximately 289,216 s.f. on 15.06 acres. In an effort to maximize value, it was imperative to implement a strategy, which included the creation of multiple parcels, separation of utilities, as well as adequate ingress and egress to code. As a result, two buildings, totaling approximately 105,960 s.f. were sold to ABC Supply, one building totaling approximately 9,750 s.f. was sold to Atlas Transmission and four buildings, totaling approximately 173,506 s.f. were sold to American National Group, a Cleveland based regional investment firm with tenants secured through the marketing effort for approximately 94% of the remaining four building complex.
