He came to CRESCO in 1995 after a long career as a Partner with Cragin Lang, Inc. and Grubb & Ellis where he was Vice President specializing in industrial properties. Armand is well respected for his ability to understand the complexities of industrial real estate, the acquisition, disposition and adaptive rehab of large industrial properties. A major producer for years, he has created well over $300 million in real estate transactions. Armand specifically focuses on leasing of commercial/industrial property, land sales and development, tenant representation and consulting services.
