Business Experience

Joseph started his commercial real estate career in 1986 after enjoying eight years as a major account team sales manager with the Xerox Corporation. After successfully completing five years as an industrial specialist with Grubb & Ellis (formerly Alder, Galvin & Rogers), Joseph co-founded CRESCO Real Estate in February of 1991. Joseph has established a reputation as a results oriented overachiever and continues to focus on industrial/commercial real estate brokerage and consulting. His specific areas of expertise include the sale and leasing of commercial/industrial property, land sales and development, tenant representation and consulting services. Additionally, regional, national and international strategic alliances provide Joseph the unique capability of servicing his local clients on a global basis. Joseph is currently co-managing partner of CRESCO Real Estate and is responsible for the day-to-day operation involving the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance.
