Industry Experience

Kevin entered the commercial real estate field in 1986 as an industrial sales associate. Since his start Kevin has consistently been among the leading producers and most respected brokers in the Northeast Ohio market. In 2002 Kevin was the recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award for his efforts and professionalism. In 2003, 2004 and 2005 Kevin was named a Cleveland Power Broker by the CoStar Group for his outstanding transaction volume. In 2003 Kevin joined CRESCO Real Estate as a Principal helping to create the largest and most successful real estate brokerage firms in Northeast Ohio.

Professional Accomplishments

Kevin has participated in a diverse array of transactions over a 20 year career in which he has concluded over 500 transactions. His expertise includes selling and leasing property to end users, as well as the sale of investment properties. Whether he is orchestrating a sale as large as a 400,000 square foot manufacturing facility to Lincoln Electric; overseeing the complex 125,000 square foot build-to-suit for a regional chemical distribution company; or providing guidance to a family owned picture framing business, making the companies most important business decision, Kevin represents his clients interests equally and to the fullest. His brokerage resume includes structuring complex sale/leaseback transactions aimed to help firms increase liquidity; guiding clients through the complex 1031 tax free exchange regulations to defer the capital gains taxes thus strategically preserving wealth; and negotiating with state and local governments to secure advantageous tax benefits to provide clients a competitive advantage. Kevin also has an extensive background in rehabilitation and renovation of older properties for use by a single owner or multi-tenant occupancy.
