Matthew E. Beesley, SIOR Company Experience Matt has been a Commercial Real Estate Specialist since he started in the real estate business in 1985. After successfully completing eighteen years of sales with a national real estate company, Matt joined CRESCO Real Estate as a Principal in 2003. Throughout his career, Matt has distinguished himself as one of Cleveland’s top selling commercial real estate salesmen, repeatedly receiving Broker of the Year nominations for his professional service. Professional Accomplishments Twenty-one years of commercial real estate training, education and experience provides Matt with the expertise to handle a variety of corporate or private real estate transactions. Matt has successfully completed an assorted array of transactions for small and large clients throughout the Greater Cleveland market, earning him the distinction as a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Matt’s specific assignments are diverse in nature and include the planning, development and sale of 30 acres to six different build-to-suit clients; the representation of a pension fund advisor in the disposition of a $21,000,000, ten building, multi-tenant portfolio; the completion of over 150 leases ranging from 1,000 SF to 250,000 SF; and the sale of commercial buildings ranging from 1,800 SF to 600,000 SF.
