Company Experience

Pamela currently manages CRESCO Ltd., a full service brokerage firm, specializing in the industrial market with specific focus on leasing, sales, property management and consulting. In addition, she is the Property Manager and Leasing Agent for over 600,000 square feet of multi-tenant space. Over the past few years, she has sold several multi-tenant facilities, maintained the management of those properties, and has sold several "stand alone" properties. She is currently a CPM candidate.

Industry Experience

Pamela’s vast depth of experience in commercial real estate began in 1986 where she worked in the property management division of Adler, Galvin, Rogers, Inc. (Currently Grubb & Ellis). After the acquisition by Grubb & Ellis, Pamela became the Assistant to the Office Administrator and eventually assumed the Office Administrator position that included the management of both independent contractors and administrative staff before her departure in 1989.

She then joined Viking Capital Partners, a joint venture capital group formed by a former Adler, Galvin, Rogers partner and National City Bank executive, where her duties included every aspect of property management along with office administration and management.

In 1991, CRESCO Real Estate was formed and Pamela assumed the management role along with the leasing, sale and management of various industrial facilities.
