Business Experience

Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Patrick was a Vice President and Principal of the Roach-Reid Company, which marketed electronic office products and telecommunications systems in Northern Ohio. Patrick started his commercial real estate career in the late 1980’s with the Ostendorf-Morris Company where he was consistently one of the top producers until 1998, when as a founding Principal, Patrick started The Staubach Company, Great Lakes Region. Patrick has specialized in client representation and successfully working with local and corporate clients to handle their real estate needs locally and nationally. Patrick has a special focus on representing insurance companies and has completed in excess of 600 assignments in over 30 states since his commercial real estate career began. Patrick has represented such fine insurance companies as Nationwide Insurance, Allstate Insurance, Ohio Farmers Insurance, Sentry Insurance, and American Family Insurance in the past.
