Rico A. Pietro Company Experience Rico joined CRESCO in December, 2004 as a Senior Sales Associate in the Office Services Group with a strong background in the real estate industry. Professional Accomplishments and Experience Rico specializes in innovative marketing techniques and modern transaction services. He has current experience in corporate tenant and landlord services on a local and national basis. He is also a member of the N.E. Ohio Medical Specialty Group focusing on tenant representation. Rico is knowledgeable in current market trends, quantitative databases, financial projections and financial comparative reports, increasing value to his clients. In 2002, Rico was recognized by his real estate peers with the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors Commercial Rookie of the Year Award for outstanding service provided to his clients and contribution to his board. This recognition is reserved for professionals with the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate. His former employee recognized him with the Rookie of the Year Award for his company’s three office area. This award is given to the most deserving professional with less than three years in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Rico was employed as a residential real estate agent and portfolio consultant. He was part of one of Northeast Ohio’s top producing ReMax office for a three-year consecutive term. Rico recently was a member of the asset sales team for the sale of the Galleria and Tower at Erieview office tower.
