Company Experience

Tom joined CRESCO in December, 2004 as a Senior Vice President / Director of Office Services with a solid background in the commercial real estate industry after completing over seventeen successful years with a national real estate firm. In that time, he successfully represented local, national and multi-national clients in the acquisition and disposition of their real estate needs. He is also actively involved in the leasing of space both for tenants and landlords.

Outstanding pursuit of solutions to client problems, a willingness to work tirelessly for clients, academic achievements, vast technical and business experience as well as strong analytical skills are evidenced in Tom’s accomplishments.

Tom has earned the prestigious NAIOP/SIOR “Office Broker of the Year” (1992 & 2004) as well as NAIOP’s “Member of the Year” and “Lifetime Achievement Award”. In 1995, Tom was elected President of the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP and served in 1996 as Chair of the Commercial Council at CABOR. He was a member of CABOR’s Grievance Committee and served on the prestigious Society of Industrial Realtors (SIOR) Grievance and Professional Standards Committee in 1998 through 2003, and as chair of the Professional Standards Committee in 1998. In 1997 and 1998, Tom was elected President of GCREO, the board charged with coordinating Cleveland’s real estate boards and societies. He remains active in each of these organizations. He contributed to the drafting and adoption of a new and more stringent code of ethics for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, adopted in 1997, for the 2,000 members of that prestigious society.

Additionally, Tom holds several US patents and is named on more than a dozen research reports. He served six years on the Board of the Ohio Ballet as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Marketing Committee. He is an avid competitive sailor and enjoys construction projects around his home.
