Industry Experience

Tyler Newman started in the commercial real estate industry in 1997. He quickly accelerated to Sales Associate with Ostendorf-Morris/Colliers, where his performance exceeded his peers. In recognition of his abilities, he was hired by CRESCO Real Estate in 2003 as the youngest Vice President in the history of the firm.

Professional Accomplishments

Tyler’s experience has enabled him to work on both a National and International platform. He has been involved in numerous facets of real estate such as property acquisition, disposition, leasing, land sales, and lease termination projects. Tyler has handled a variety of exclusives with the responsibility of designing and implementing the marketing plan to achieve the highest and best results for the client. His real estate experience to date has allowed Tyler the ability to grasp an in-depth knowledge of the disciplines of deal-making. Tyler also has the elite designation of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Each CCIM has the skills to assist in lease versus buy analysis, investment decisions, and other techniques that help clients analyze their real estate decisions.
