Approach

• Searched the market to accommodate the Client’s need for a more centralized location to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Downtown Cleveland.
• Client desired an upgrade to the current image of their office presence in Northeastern Ohio.
• Required a Class “A” Office Building with easy access to highways, along with excellent amenities in the building and within close proximity to the new office location.

Results

• Identified the Rockside Road Office Market as the ideal location for Brown and Caldwell’s new office.
• Identified several Class “A” Office Buildings that could meet the Client’s expectations.
• Selected two (2) properties to compete for Brown and Caldwell.
• Successfully negotiated a lease that met and exceeded the image and financial goals of Brown and Caldwell along with providing easy access to I-77 and I-480 with the building amenities the Client requested.
