- Negotiated a temporary space need within a 30 day timeline.
- Expedited a timeframe of under nine (9) months from execution of a lease to deliver a Class “A”, state of the art Education/Office facility.
- Overcome obstacles of high parking density, limited time frame, temporary space need, signage issues, zoning and a need for growth on an unlisted parcel.
Results
- Rezoned the parcel with the signage, traffic lighting and parking requirement fulfilled.
- Finalized a deal for an approximately 50,000 square foot Class “A” building with a nine (9) acre site offered as additional land for expansion.
- The ten million dollar lease was completed in nine (9) months and on budget.
