CRESCO Real Estate took a very well regarded, but city based and overcrowded, Not-for-Profit assisted living organization and found them a large suburban site. The size of this project required nearly five (5) years of constant pursuit and work.

Approach

• Searched over seven hundred (700) 25+ acre parcels which could be combined for an 80+ acre “need”.
• Researched an area of over 200 square miles.
• Worked as a team with board members, architects, real estate and zoning attorneys, traffic and site planning experts.
• Created a “trade off” of a less desirable site with Bainbridge for a more preferred site on the border of Chagrin Falls.

Results

• Found a 100+ acre development site consisting of three parcels in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
• Obtained approval and began construction on a $60,000,000 campus located at “Main and Main” from the client’s needs and wants list created five (5) years earlier.
• As projected, sales and acceptance has been excellent.
