CRESCO Real Estate represented Regency Hospital Company in their search for one potential location. The site search ultimately grew to multiple locations throughout Northeast Ohio. CRESCO assisted Regency in identifying lenders, developers and public incentives, bringing both blue and white collar jobs to the area.

Approach

• Required an extensive overview and search of the market along with target areas.
• Interviewed potential lenders and developers. When selected, CRESCO worked closely with the implementation team (architect, engineer and public incentive specialist) to design a functional, cost effective property recognizing the importance of visibility, aesthetics and street appeal.
• Proactively solicited assistance from the city for public incentives while working with Regency and Warrensville Heights Economic Development Department to create a custom package.

Results

• Offered an immediate impact to the community by creating scholarships to the local high school and upgrading park areas.
• Identified a location at Interchange Corporate Park in Warrensville Heights with good visibility from I-271 and I-480.
• Created a 37,000 square foot “ground up” development with space for expansion.
