CRESCO Real Estate represented Yardi Systems in the selection of Class “A” Office Space in Northeast, Ohio. The transaction involved finding a location that was “move-in” ready and could provide an opportunity for expansion within an area suitable for their employees.

Approach

• Identified Yardi’s primary needs for a new space which included a  Class “A” space with existing furniture and expansion capability.
• Located six (6) property options that could accommodate their needs within a very constrictive time frame.
• Worked with Yardi’s corporate real estate leaders to keep constant communication in order to fast track the lease negotiation process.

Results

• Escorted Yardi representatives through spaces that could be potential options and identified the needs for Yardi Systems.
• Located a building in Brecksville, Ohio in close proximity to current employees. The space was equipped with furniture, had room for expansion and was of Class “A” building standards.
• Expedited the LOI and lease negotitation process with the property broker to get the Tenant into the space before their desired occupancy date.
