Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Team Members Earn Prestigious NAIOP Awards

NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association, is a trade organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Each year, NAIOP recognizes the achievements of real estate specialists across the country.

We’re thrilled to announce four recent awards earned by team members here at Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO. Bob Wetzel, George Pofok and Eliot Kijewski earned the top honors for Industrial Transaction of the Year with their work at 1793 Industrial Parkway. The region’s best Investment Transaction was earned by Rico Pietro and team for work on the Battery Park Lofts.

Eric Schreibman earned the market’s honors for Broker of the Year for his work on behalf of front line workers during the most tumultuous COVID periods.

And, perhaps the most special recognition was awarded to our long-time colleague Tom West, earning his place in the inaugural NAIOP Hall of Fame for his long-term commitment and generosity to the industry and colleagues throughout Northeast Ohio.

While the individual names are the ones on the awards, none of these awards are earned without the hard work and commitment from all our Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO colleagues, nor the risk, ambition, and commitment of our clients. Congratulations to all who earned these well-deserved accolades!
