Project Overview: 
Mold Masters, a designer and builder of tools and wax patterns for aerospace engines, turbine engines and hydroelectric power plants, needed a new location to consolidate their two facilities in Lake County.
Challenge:
Mold Masters had a key set of requirements they needed to consolidate their current two (2) facilities. They wanted to find a place in Lake County, specifically Mentor that was between 40,000 SF – 60,000 SF, 100% air-conditioned, had heavy, distributed power and had a parking lot for 150 vehicles.
Solution:
CRESCO searched the designated area, submitted nine (9) offers and was even under contract with another location that fell through until they were able to find 34000 Vokes Drive on the first day it was listed.
Results Achieved:
After 18 months of searching, Mold Masters signed a thirteen (13) year lease within 30 days of the first visit. They will now be able to consolidate two (2) facilities under one roof. Move in date is slated for August 1, 2017.
