Professional Experience:
Alex joined Cushman and Wakefield CRESCO in October 2022 as a Research Analyst and transitioned to the role of Associate in January 2024.
During his tenure as a Research Analyst, Alex played a pivotal role in facilitating CRESCO’s transition to a new CRM system. This comprehensive system now houses active listings, broker pipelines, comparable sales and leases, contact information, and more. Alex continues to contribute significantly by actively publishing CRESCO’s quarterly market beats on Cleveland’s office and industrial markets.
Leveraging the resources and expertise gained during his role as a researcher, Alex provides clients with detailed, up-to-date market information. His offerings encompass a wide spectrum, including comparable sale and lease data, market reports, property data, planning and zoning information, prospecting lists, and more. Alex’s market perspective is grounded in realistic, research-backed insights. Known as a great problem solver, he employs his unique skills to guide landlords and tenants through the various stages of each transaction.
