Alex joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in November 2013 as Senior Vice President in Office Services. Alex brings over twenty-five (25) years of commercial real estate experience with a strong background in landlord and tenant representation. Alex uses his twenty-five (25) plus years of knowledge and experience in commercial real estate to provide his clients with the ability to navigate through the complex real estate process. His career has been based on representing landlords and tenants both locally and nationally; this brings value and understanding to both sides of a real estate transaction. Alex believes there has to be a win-win attitude to close transactions and he understands that a transaction starts from the first contact with the client.
