Professional Experience:

Ryan joined Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in January 2022 and has experience in numerous markets throughout Ohio and the Midwest. He specializes in a full range of real estate services including landlord and tenant representation, land acquisition and disposition, and property redevelopment. Ryan has 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate and is the head of the Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO retail division.

Ryan began his commercial real estate career in 2000 with Regency Centers, a national owner and operator of community shopping centers, where he led negotiations relative to lease agreements and contract renewals. In 2003, Ryan joined DDR (now SITE Centers) where he focused on the sale and leasing of outparcels and the disposition of development tracts. In 2009, Ryan transitioned into brokerage first with Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group before joining Colliers Cleveland-Akron in 2013.
