Dura-Line, a leading global manufacturer and distributor, opens a second location in Elyria, Ohio.

We recently completed a 139,920 SF industrial lease located at 669 Sugar Lane in Elyria, Ohio.

Joseph V. Barna, SIOR and Principal at CRESCO Real Estate represented the landlord, Brad Maloof with Wildcat Sugar Lane Properties LLC and the tenant, Dura-Line Corporation in this transaction.

Dura-Line will be opening a second location in Elyria, Ohio.  They currently occupy a building on Garden Street, which focuses on manufacturing of plastic piping and employs approximately 165 workers.  669 Sugar Lane will provide the global company an additional 139,920 SF for an increase in production capacity.

The former Riddell complex, 669 Sugar Lane, is a great location for Dura-Line, sitting on 5.61 acres with easy highway access located off the Ohio Turnpike.

“Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate and Joe Barna, understood the manufacturing and production requirements as well as the real estate details; the transaction was complex, with several components to manage,” Maloof said. “The detailed process was longer than expected, but ended with a win for the Ownership, Dura-Line Corporation, The City of Elyria and all of Lorain County.”

Dura-Line’s North America headquarters are location in Knoxville, Tennessee.  They create what connects us, manufacturing the essential infrastructure – conduit, FuturePath, cable-in-conduit and accessories that structure our communication.
